We generally ship all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase! Our team works fast to make sure your new jewelry arrives as quick as possible. Every order purchased from us has insurance and live tracking updates.

3-5 business days with USPS insured first class shipping.

We also offer "FedEx Express 2-day" shipping, as well as USPS "Priority Mail" and "Priority mail express".


International

7-10 business days with "USPS First Class Package International"

We also offer "Priority Mail International" and "Priority Mail Express International"



All orders $140+ will automatically receive FedEx Express 2-day shipping. A $30 value for FREE!

Orders Shipped In The U.S.

All orders shipped in the U.S. automatically come with FREE shipping. We also have expedited shipping available at checkout with Overnight, 1-day, and 2-day shipping (costs vary.)  

International Orders

Shipping prices may vary depending on your location outside the U.S. We always provide the best and lowest rate for international orders which is around $20 USD. Every country outiside the U.S. is subject to additional customs/taxes fees which we are not responsible for.

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days. This begins from the time your package was delivered. The item must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage.


Bundles

A bundle can only be returned as a complete set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange


TILO Jewelry has the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.


Return Shipping Fee

A free prepaid return label will be provided for all U.S orders. Although we do not cover international return postage, we still accept international returns.

Care

All of our jewelry is made to last a lifetime and will last you many years with the proper care. 

Wear it and have fun with your jewelry as you like. Here are a few tips:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes or make-up products.
  • Rinse your jewelry with clear water after being exposed to salt water.
  • Water makes silver tarnish
  • Clean piercings between changing jewelry
  • Get a small jewelry pouch/organizer

Yes, water activities are okay. If you do get in contact with salt water, it's best to rinse your jewelry piece well.

Product Warranty

We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, TILO Jewelry may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component.

 

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

 

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from TILO Jewelry.

 

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than TILO Jewelry will void your Manufacturer Warranty.    Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.

 

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
